Software

COVID-19 Modelling and Vaccination Strategies

Software for modelling/simulate the spread of a disease such as COVID-19 over a given graph/network representing a specific social contact network. The software also includes AI for the development of vaccination strategies based on the shape and structure of the graph/network.

The software is currently under development, but free to use. All source code can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/convergencelab/eCov-GP

jGPv9

Custom Genetic Programming system specialized for Symbolic Regression. This work includes multiple enhancements to improve speed and quality of results in addition to using an Asyclic Graph Representation, which is particularly effective for searching the space of mathematical expressions.

The software has not been updated in some time and will likely be revived soon.

The software is free to use and the source code can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/convergencelab/jGP

MoKa

Software to map the functional space of fMRI data with a nonlinear method from transportation theory — Monge-Kantorovich. This new method enables more accurate analysis of between subject brain activity analysis and will drastically improve any study involving populations with different brain structure (eg. ageing populations, brain injuries, degenerative brain disease, Alzheimer’s disease).

The software is currently under development, but free to use. All source code can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/convergencelab/MoKa

SmartDrone

SmartDrone is an android application that can generate tones based on user input. This app can analyze the notes the user is playing on their instrument and find the corresponding key. It was created to improve musicians ability to hear chord-scale relationships.

The app is available on the Google Play store: Key Companion. All proceeds directly fund research and development. For accessibility, the app is also freely available here.

Additional details of the app and the development process can be found within the accompanying publication.
